Role Overview

We are looking for a Drone Technology Engineer to design, develop, and optimize drone systems and applications. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in UAV engineering, robotics, and software integration. You will be responsible for advancing Dronaa IBX’s drone technology, ensuring reliability, and driving innovation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test drone systems and components.
• Develop flight control software, navigation systems, and automation features.
• Integrate sensors, cameras, and communication modules into UAV platforms.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored drone solutions.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging drone technologies and apply findings to projects.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in drone technology or UAV engineering.
• Strong knowledge of flight control systems, robotics, and embedded software.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB) and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with drone regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
