The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and the Human Resource Division (HRD) are looking for a Curriculum Designer and Manager to lead us into the future as the subject matter expert over curriculum and organizational development activities. As the supervisor of a four-member team, you’ll use person-centered principles to collaboratively create and lead organizational development efforts that foster and sustain a culture of innovation, process/quality improvement, people engagement/development, and values-based behavior.
Building networks, partnerships and earning trust will be paramount here as you influence others to engage in your training sessions. Continuously improving, good decision-making skills and the ability to plan your day will take you far as you develop and improve curricula.

Knowledge
Professionals with a bachelor’s degree with major study in education, instructional design, organizational development, human resource management, business administration, public administration or related field, plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a learning and development program, developing and delivering training activities.
Or,
Equivalent relevant professional experience/education.
