DSP (Direct Support Professional)

We have full and part-time positions available. You will help clients with all kinds of needs, such as assistance with mobility, communication, socialization, living skills, community integration, and daily living. We strive to enrich the lives of persons with developmental disabilities by providing quality care and services, safe and encouraging environments, and opportunities for self-determination and community integration.

You will have a variety of tasks to complete each day. It will be a great experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. We look forward to having you join us!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Plan, implement, and participate in activities with clients
• Give oral, written, and demostrative instructions
• Be a good example for others
• Be a professional and remain calm throughout the client’s life
• Follow strict attendance policies & procedures
• Attend and participate in training sessions
• Remain committed to the mission of R&R Residential, LLC

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
