**Job Summary:**

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities

- Provide transportation for individuals to appointments, outings, and community events

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals

- Assist with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring individuals as required

- Document individual progress and any incidents or concerns

**Requirements:**

- Experience or interest in caregiving, working with individuals that have developemental disabilities, childcare, or related fields

- Ability to administer medications following proper protocols

- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ability to assist with them

- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor

- Willingness to drive individuals to various locations as needed

- Capacity to perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary
