Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory, Local Area Network, Email System, file and print servers and Patch Management System;

Perform regular health checking and system resources monitoring to office IT equipment and shop IT infrastructure equipment.

Provide support to both offices and shops for all infrastructure related system and equipment.

Participate in the activities related to Infrastructure projects.

Carry out other duties as designated by supervisor.

Perform maintain and support for enterprise network and IT infrastructure to ensure no disruption to business and operations.

Perform maintenance for enterprise wide LAN / WAN networks.
-
Perform maintenance and support for IP phone, VC system, server room & datacenter facilities.
-
Provide end user training and company Service Desk Promotion.

Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to OS, hardware, software and network for offices and outlets in Hong Kong and overseas.

Experience to work on virtual team and functional reporting organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing PC, Server, LAN and WAN support

Experienced in supporting retail shop infrastructure.

Solid support experience in managing Windows Server, Active directory, Exchange Online, Windows and Office 365.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Knowledge on ITIL V3.0 foundation, CCNA, MCSE will be advantage.

Capable to communicate or do presentation in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

Excellent communication skill and experienced in supporting business executives and VIP.

Experience on AWS, AliYun and Microsoft Azure will be advantage.
