MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION SUMMARY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory, Local Area Network, Email System, file and print servers and Patch Management System;
- Perform regular health checking and system resources monitoring to office IT equipment and shop IT infrastructure equipment.
- Provide support to both offices and shops for all infrastructure related system and equipment.
- Participate in the activities related to Infrastructure projects.
- Carry out other duties as designated by supervisor.
- Perform maintain and support for enterprise network and IT infrastructure to ensure no disruption to business and operations.
- Perform maintenance for enterprise wide LAN / WAN networks.
- Perform maintenance and support for IP phone, VC system, server room & datacenter facilities.
- Provide end user training and company Service Desk Promotion.
- Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to OS, hardware, software and network for offices and outlets in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Experience to work on virtual team and functional reporting organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing PC, Server, LAN and WAN support
- Experienced in supporting retail shop infrastructure.
- Solid support experience in managing Windows Server, Active directory, Exchange Online, Windows and Office 365.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge on ITIL V3.0 foundation, CCNA, MCSE will be advantage.
- Capable to communicate or do presentation in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Excellent communication skill and experienced in supporting business executives and VIP.
- Experience on AWS, AliYun and Microsoft Azure will be advantage.
- Passion to learn new technologies to improve business productivity.
