About the Role:
As a CBRE D&T Product Manager, you will lead a small team responsible for creating products that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. This role encompasses planning, design, and implementation across all stages of the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
Provide formal supervision, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure cross-training.
Facilitate conversations between all impacted collaborators, including executives, engineers, analysts, other product teams, and external customers
Lead and define the product and data strategy for Producer-facing applications that support efficient and differentiated delivery of CBRE services across a Client lifecycle
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and communicate requirements to development teams.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create strategic product roadmaps.
Drive feature prioritization and influence decisions to package scope for monthly/quarterly delivery
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and actively participate in Agile processes (scrums, demos, testing).
Influence stakeholders to reach consensus on shared objectives.
Apply cross-disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and departmental goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues in systems and processes.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Build productive internal and client-facing relationships.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information in straightforward situations.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Leadership skills to motivate teams and drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Strong communication skills for handling sensitive and complex information.
Highly Analytical Thinking: Ability to simplify complex problems or projects into component parts, exploring and evaluating them systematically.
Exceptional organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Background in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the D&T Product Manager position is $135,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $155,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
