Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage, to relieve tension and promote relaxation.
• Deliver skincare treatments such as facials
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing tools after each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations.

Requirements

• Valid dual licenses in Massage Therapy and Esthetics or Cosmetology from accredited programs.
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment benefits clearly.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on skincare lines and retail options.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude that enhances the client experience.

Pay: $31.54 - $66.00 per hour
