Dubai Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1.Company Business Establishment and Operation

- Assist in setting up business lines such as rental management and property sales, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations.

- Maintain long-term relationships with property owners, and regularly provide rental market updates and asset optimization recommendations.

2.Client Reception and Business Support

- Act as the company’s representative in Dubai, professionally receive global visiting clients, and provide Dubai market introductions, investment consulting, and business activity matching services.

- Coordinate and utilize local resources to solve client issues based on the needs of other departments, enhancing client experience and brand image.

- Organize and assist clients in property viewings, support sales processes, and arrange market visits, meetings, and events.

3.Branch Administrative Support

- Assist in completing legal registration and license applications (e.g., RERA-related qualifications) for the Dubai branch, liaise with local law firms, government agencies, and agents to ensure compliance.

- Responsible for office location research, recommendations, and lease negotiations; coordinate subsequent move-in, renovation, and daily maintenance administrative tasks.

- Manage the initial daily administrative operations of the branch to provide solid logistical support for the team.

4.Market Research and Business Development

- Continuously research Dubai’s real estate policies, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide data support for the company’s strategic decision-making.

- Expand local networking through participation in industry events, and develop potential clients and partners.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors in Real Estate, Business Management, or related fields.

2.Experience in Dubai real estate sales with successful transaction records; candidates with both sales and rental management experience are preferred.

3.Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

4.Strong sense of responsibility and time management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate sales, rental, and administrative support work.

5.Proficient in Excel data analysis and CRM system operation; possession of a RERA broker license or related administrative qualifications is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
