Job Title: Duct Cleaning Supervisor (Multi-Tech All-Rounder)

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 + 5% Profit Commission

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Duct Cleaning Supervisor who is a technical expert in HVAC hygiene. This isn't just a desk job; we need an "All-Rounder" who can lead a team, perform the work when needed, and bring in new business. You must be an expert in AC Duct cleaning, kitchen hood cleaning, and disinfection services.

Basic Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000

Commission: 5% of the Profit Margin for every project or business contract you bring in.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of UAE experience specifically in Duct Cleaning and HVAC maintenance.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY.
• Availability: Immediate Joinees only.
• Technical Skill: Expert knowledge of duct cleaning machinery (robotic/manual), chemicals, and NADCA standards.
• Independence: Ability to conduct site surveys, generate BOQs, and provide detailed Before/After PPM Reports independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Lead and supervise the cleaning team for one-off residential and commercial projects.
• Business Development: Proactively find and secure new duct cleaning contracts and "one-off" jobs.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-standard cleaning of AC ducts, coils, and kitchen exhaust systems.
• Reporting: Independently prepare technical reports with photo evidence for clients.
• Pressure Management: Handle multiple call-outs and site inspections daily across different locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
