HVAC Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to supervise site activities and ensure the smooth execution of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works across our project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works at project sites.
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
• Monitor manpower allocation, tools, and material availability to achieve planned progress.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment installation, supports, and insulation works.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and HSE requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and update progress to the engineer/project manager.
• Operate company vehicle for site visits, material collection, and supervision tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven experience supervising HVAC teams on construction or maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
