As a DUCTMAN, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of ductwork systems that are vital to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating comfortable, healthy indoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities

• Install new ductwork systems according to project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on existing duct systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within duct networks, implementing effective repairs promptly
• Collaborate with project managers, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspection reports
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations during all phases of work
• Assist in the planning and layout of duct systems for new construction or renovation projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently and safely

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DUCTMAN or similar role within HVAC or related fields
• Strong understanding of ductwork installation techniques, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics with precision
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Certifications such as HVAC certification or relevant trade licenses are advantageous but not mandatory
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times
