Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Ductman to join our HVAC team. The candidate should be skilled in fabrication, installation, and fixing of GI ducts as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and installation of GI ducts (rectangular & round)
• Installation of VCD, FD, fire damper, access doors, and plenum boxes
• Duct insulation coordination with insulation team
• Installation of flexible ducts and diffusers
• Reading and understanding shop drawings and layouts
• Ensuring duct installation as per HVAC standards and safety rules
• Carrying out duct leakage and pressure testing if required
• Maintaining tools and ensuring safe work practices on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Ductman in UAE/GCC
• Knowledge of HVAC ducting systems and accessories
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit to work on site
• Knowledge of safety procedures
