Ductman

We are seeking a skilled Ductman to join our technical service team specializing in fit-outs and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining HVAC ductwork systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork for fit-outs and renovation projects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technical staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of duct systems as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ductman in fit-outs, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC or related technical field is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern duct fabrication and installation techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced renovation or fit-out environment.
