Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ductman / Ducting Technician to join our HVAC team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising duct installation works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC duct systems (GI, PI, aluminum, and pre-insulated ducts) as per approved shop drawings
• Perform duct fabrication, assembly, and modification on-site.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and coordinate with site engineers.
• Supervise and guide ductmen and helpers for daily site activities
• Ensure proper supports, alignment, and sealing of duct systems
• Carry out insulation and cladding works when required
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ductman/ducting technician (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting systems and installation standards
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience in handling a team on-site.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and site practices
• Physically fit for site work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of duct insulation and testing
• Basic English communication skills
