Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
• Manage cash register transactions accurately while balancing cash drawers at shift end
• Support team members by performing basic food preparation tasks, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant flow

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast-food restaurants is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math needs
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Experience in cashiering, upselling techniques, and retail math enhances your ability to boost sales and serve customers effectively
