About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and dynamic Dutch‑Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for sales‑driven professionals who can confidently engage Dutch‑speaking clients and guide them through the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and advise Dutch‑speaking clients throughout the entire property sales cycle.
• Promote and sell residential, luxury, and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and investment consultations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and developer offerings.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in real estate sales preferred (UAE experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
