Duty Manager

Job Description:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments during assigned shifts, including front office, housekeeping, and security.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise on-duty staff, manage shift handovers, and ensure all employees maintain service standards and professional conduct.
  • Handle emergencies or unusual situations such as medical incidents, guest disputes, or equipment failures, and document all occurrences.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out processes during peak hours or staff shortages, and support concierge services when needed.
  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed and liaise with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and brand compliance.
  • Liaise with other department heads, to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, logging incidents, guest feedback, and operational updates for management review.
  • Train new staff and continuously support team development to maintain high service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
