Job DescriptionOverseeing daily operations of the Front Desk and the hotel.
Checking reservations to ensure room availability and preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room assignments, amenities and any guest special requests.
Overlooking and driving ALL loyalty and guest recognition programs.
Providing a visible management presence while on duty.
Welcoming VIP guests.
Making daily courtesy calls to the guest rooms to ensure that guests enjoy their stays.
Playing an integral part in developing the team through trainings.
Handling guest complaints and making sure that all guest issues are resolved and focusing on the satisfaction and well being of the guests
Ensuring quality in all aspects of work.
Supporting the Front Office operation when needed.Promoting and following a safe work environment.Coordination with the departments.
2 years experience in Duty Manager role or managerial level in Front Office with all Front Office operations skills.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills and second language is preferred.
Strong knowledge in MS Office and Opera systems.
Ability to handle multi tasks and guest requests.
Passion for guest service.
Organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
