Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Duty Manager on behalf of its client for a hospitality establishment located in Bahria Town , Rawalpindi. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, supervising staff performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.

Staff Management

• Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Assist in training team members and supporting their professional development.

Guest Services

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and high-quality service.

Coordination & Compliance

• Maintain effective coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Financial & Facility Management

• Handle basic financial transactions, including cash handling and billing processes.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the facility.

Reporting

• Maintain records of daily operations and incidents.
• Report key updates, operational challenges, and performance insights to senior management.

Education

• Intermediate or Graduate

Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Preferred Industry Background: Restaurant / Hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 55,000

Pay: Rs55,000.00 per month
