InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage Front Office operations, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and guest service experiences.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, creating lasting first impressions and memorable interactions.
  • Manage guest challenges gracefully, delivering swift and satisfying resolutions.
  • Monitor and oversee hotel operations during your shift, acting as the hotel’s management representative.
  • Support and guide front office colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Recognize and celebrate VIPs, repeat guests, and long-stay customers with personalized attention.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to company financial policies.
  • Prepare daily reports summarizing guest feedback, operational highlights, and key follow-ups.
  • Uphold brand standards and safety procedures to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Leverage system knowledge (Opera PMS, Microsoft Office) to keep operations efficient and smooth.
  • Drive continuous improvement through observation, feedback, and proactive service solutions.
  • Lead by example, whether greeting guests, solving challenges, or supporting your team under pressure.
  • Represent the InterContinental brand with professionalism, passion, and genuine hospitality at all times.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • A hospitality qualification or equivalent experience in a luxury hotel.
  • At least 3–5 years in front office operations, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
  • A confident presence, guest-focused mindset, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
