Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical attention to patients arriving at the hospital, including emergency cases.
- Conduct preliminary examinations, diagnose conditions, and administer necessary treatments or procedures.
- Collaborate with senior doctors, consultants, and specialists to ensure proper patient care and treatment.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records regularly.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and take appropriate action to stabilize patients.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of the hospital wards, ICUs, and emergency rooms during assigned shifts.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical activities and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Guide and supervise nursing staff and other healthcare professionals during your shift.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and updates.
- Comply with hospital protocols, policies, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Form D from a recognized medical college .
- Experience: Min 1 year of experience as a Duty Medical Officer or equivalent role in a hospital setting.
- Skills Required:
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hospital management systems and maintaining records.
