DWSIM Process Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a DWSIM Simulation Engineer responsible for modelling chemical processes, performing steady-state and dynamic simulations, developing flowsheets, and supporting optimisation and troubleshooting activities for industrial systems such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refinery, energy, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build and simulate process flowsheets using DWSIM
✔ Perform mass & energy balances, thermodynamic property selection, and reaction modelling
✔ Conduct sizing and rating of process equipment (reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps, separators, etc.)
✔ Execute steady-state and dynamic simulation studies
✔ Evaluate process performance, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
✔ Prepare PFDs, stream tables, design calculations, and datasheets
✔ Validate simulation results with hand calculations or plant data
✔ Generate technical reports and documentation for internal and client use
