Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Deputy General Manager to support operational execution, ensure smooth field activities, manage client relationships, and maintain compliance with SOPs and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate business from banks and non-banking clients

2. Maintain client coordination and conduct visits

3. Ensure smooth operations as per SOPs

4. Implement IT systems (FOM, FSM, POS)

5. Ensure timely vehicle movement

6. Maintain discipline of staff

7. Submit operational reports timely

8. Maintain records of arms and logistics

9. Ensure timely logistics and funds demand

10. Ensure proper use of operational funds

11. Manage 24/7 control room

12. Ensure safe vault operations

13. Manage cash movement in/out of vault

14. Prepare next day vault plan

15. Identify and control risks

16. Conduct staff trainings

17. Ensure CCTV systems are operational

18. Ensure deployment of security staff

19. Respond to emails from HO and clients

20. Handle emergencies

21. Perform tasks assigned by GM

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum 07 years Relevant experience in security operations / cash management

Strong leadership, coordination, and operational management skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
