NSE/BSE listed reputed hospitality group is looking for the following position for four-star club at JP Nagar, Bangalore

Designation: Asst/Dy Manager - HR
Job Location: JP Nagar. Bangalore

Desired Profile: Preferably postgraduate in HR with min 7 to 12 year' relevant experience.

Position Overview: Responsible for HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and administrative functions for hospitality operations.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower coordination
• Handle time office, attendance, shifts, and leave management
• Process payroll, wages, and salary disbursement
• Ensure compliance with PF Act, ESI / ESIC, and labor laws
• Manage contract labour and statutory documentation
• Support administration, audits, and HR operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
