* Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely completion of dyeing tasks.

‎* Monitor and maintain quality standards for dyeing processes, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.

‎* Oversee the operation and maintenance of exhaust dyeing machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

‎

‎* Supervise and train production staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

‎

‎* Manage inventory of dyes, chemicals, and other materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

‎

‎* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.

‎Skills and Qualifications

‎* Experience in dyeing or textile production is preferred.

‎

‎* Strong supervisory skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
