Manager – Dyeing (Denim Fabric)

Our textile company client is seeking an experienced ”Manager – Dyeing (Denim Fabric)” to lead dyeing department. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Manager – Dyeing to oversee our denim fabric dyeing operations at our Karachi facility. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of proven experience in dyeing denim fabric, with a strong understanding of dyeing processes, quality standards, and operational management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all dyeing activities for denim fabric to ensure high-quality output.
• Develop and implement dyeing procedures to optimize efficiency and color consistency.
• Monitor and control dyeing parameters, chemicals, and equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Lead and train the dyeing team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality specifications.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
