We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dyeing Master. This role requires strong sensibilities, and technical proficiency in textile dyeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing, controlling and supervising dyeing and bleaching.
• Controlling the costing of all incidental processing of dyeing and bleaching.
• Judging the required color and shades.
• Supervising the mixing of dyes according to the predetermined formula.
• Testing the sample of dye solution on textiles to get desired color and shade.
• Tasting the sample to check fastness of color, etc.
• Keeping the record of batches of colours mixed, quantity, bleached and dyed, etc.
• Manage chemicals, dyes and auxiliaries’ stock.
• Monitor consumption reports and control wastage.
• Optimize recipes, chemical usage to reduce cost and wastage.
• Oversee dyeing operations, ensuring quality & timely production.
• Recipe formulation, chemical closing and dyeing programme setup.
• Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and pH as per fabric requirements.
• Sound Knowledge of parameters to control shrinkage and skewness.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in dyeing management. (experience with textiles dyeing Industry is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in shade matching, chemical handling, and dye recipes.
