Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to lead a key project for one of our major clients in the banking sector. The ideal candidate is a technology-driven professional with solid expertise in developing and managing advanced enterprise applications. You will be responsible for designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions that solve complex business challenges and enhance customer relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business operations, assess needs, and recommend innovative CRM solutions that deliver maximum value.
  • Configure and customize CRM applications using deep technical knowledge to meet tailored client requirements.
  • Perform hands-on development within Dynamics 365 CE/CRM for customer implementation projects.
  • Execute CRM system integrations with existing enterprise systems and services.
  • Support CRM development and deployment processes.
  • Handle CRM implementation support issues at a 3rd-line level.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant with a focus on CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Pages/Portals.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, covering configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and frameworks such as Logic Apps, HTTP, JSON, AJAX, and OAuth2.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other related programming languages.
  • Significant experience developing Dynamics plugins.
  • Expertise in using JavaScript and HTML to enhance Dynamics form customization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CRM implementation projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Experience and Background

  • Minimum of 5 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CE via CRM Online versions 2013, 2015, 2016, or Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom Dynamics 365 development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Practical experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and the Common Data Model (CDM).
  • Experience with integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
