Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions that enhance financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance solutions to meet business needs.
• Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay updated on new features and updates in Dynamics 365 Finance and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or AX.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of other Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Supply Chain Management).
• Experience in international or multi-company environments.
