Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Specialist (Finance & Reporting)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Specialist to support and enhance D365 F&O finance modules, reporting, and management dashboards. The role will work closely with Finance leadership and the ERP consultant to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany, Cost Centers).
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and D365 tools.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with ERP consultants on system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure data integrity and drive process automation and improvements.
• Document processes and support end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance modules).
• Strong financial reporting, Power BI, and ERP data analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of finance operations and IFRS reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Automate).
• Contract-based or ERP implementation experience.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
