Job Summary:


We’re looking for a talented developer who loves building meaningful solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll be working on our CRM (Dynamics 365 Customer Service), Power Apps and Power BI platforms to enhance how we engage with customers, automate our processes, and make smart data-driven decisions.

You’ll be part hands-on coder, part solution designer, and part problem-solver. You’ll work closely with business teams to understand what they need and turn that into powerful, scalable, integrated systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service: entities, workflows, dashboards, user interfaces.
  • Build Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven) and integrate them with other systems via APIs or Azure services.
  • Create BI reports and dashboards using Power BI to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
  • Connect CRM/Power Apps with external systems (third-party or internal) using APIs, middleware or Azure tools.
  • Configure security roles, permissions, and automate business rules to match how our business works.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, code, and configuration so others can easily understand and support the solution.
  • Communicate comfortably with both technical teams and business stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in plain language.
  • Stay up to date with new tools and features in the Power Platform and Dynamics world, and suggest improvements.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of strong experience working with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service module), Power Apps and BI tools.
  • Solid skills in customizing/configuring CRM: custom entities, workflows, plugins, integrations, APIs.
  • Experience deploying and supporting solutions in Azure (or similar cloud platform).
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server and how databases link to apps and reports.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills; you enjoy digging into a problem and finding the right solution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong documentation skills and an ability to translate technical detail into business-friendly language.
  • A positive, flexible mindset: things change, priorities shift, and you can adapt and roll with it.
  • Comfortable working across different teams and maybe geographies, helping non-technical users understand what’s going on.
