Dynamics CRM Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining the Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support and enhance CRM functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers (Development, SIT, UAT, Production).
• Manage system & servers upgrades and to know how to handle the cumulative updates, patches, and releases.
• Manage Production Deployments and new releases.
• Maintenance / Deploying Server Jobs on CRM Servers.
• Has the ability to Apply adjustments on Active Directory Level for the OUs , Security groups and users.
• Maintain CRM services on the servers and make sure that they are running properly.
• Manage solution imports/exports and versioning control.
• Monitor Server Logs, Performance and Servers availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and security models.
• Experience with CRM workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
