We are looking for a Dynamics Platform Lead to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role:

As the Microsoft Dynamics Lead, you will be responsible for the vision and strategic use of Microsoft Dynamics as a technology platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver agile and incremental business outcomes, ensuring alignment with Nespresso’s security and compliance standards. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our technology landscape.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage the application and integration architecture of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Platform owners, Enterprise Architecture, and other stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new platform features.
  • Oversee the research and selection of technology standards and configurations.
  • Jointly drive business value and technology simplification through this platform
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT and business/industry, including experience in software development and application management. and increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience on the Microsoft Dynamics Platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Have experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Possess knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Have a background in security and compliance management.
