E-com Coordinator / Digital Marketing Analyst (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Title: E-com Coordinator / Digital Marketing Analyst (Full Time / Part Time)

About The Role: As an e-com coordinator the candidate is required to liaise between customers shopping online, the logistics team and the retail sales team to manage the incoming orders and prepare them for dispatch. The candidate will also be directly involved in the content planning and maintenance of the website. The candidate will also be supporting in building relationships with marketplaces and vendors involved with on-going operations of the online webstore and assist in the promotions and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate between online customers, logistics, and retail sales teams to efficiently manage incoming orders and ensure timely dispatch.

· Directly participate in content planning and maintenance of the website.

· Support in building and maintaining relationships with marketplaces and vendors associated with the ongoing operations of the online webstore.

· Support the brand team in content management of international marketplaces and logistics vendors

· Daily data entry and content mapping

· Customer support and communications across multiple channels, whatsapp, e-mail, Instagram, facebook and phone support.

Required Experience:

· This role is open to candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality or associated topics and also to school leavers.

· Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

· No prior work experience required however this is an advantage

· Experience selling products of international brands is an advantage.

· Good team player with proven record of able to work independently with deadlines

· Fast learner

· Basic knowledge and experience in use of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel is required

· Basic knowledge in online shopping, mobile shopping, social chats such as whatsapp, facebook and tik tok.
