YOUR TEAM

You’ll join our E-Commerce Operations Team — a group of driven individuals who share an entrepreneurial spirit and the motivation to take our online business to the next level. Together, we make sure every process runs smoothly behind the scenes so our customers can enjoy the best possible shopping experience. YOUR ROLE

As our E-Com Operations Intern, you’ll play an active role in supporting our day-to-day online operations and help strengthen BESTSELLER’s digital presence.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in the coordination of e-commerce activities.
• Supporting the setup and maintenance of pricing and campaigns on our online channels.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing sales reports.
• Organizing the product publishing processes.
• Taking ownership of smaller projects that help optimise our daily operations.

You are a recently graduated, ambitious, and curious individual who loves to learn by doing. You’re structured, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and bring a hands-on approach to every task.

We imagine that you:

• Recently graduated from Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in digital retail and operational processes.
• Are confident working with Excel and MS Office.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Are eager to take ownership and contribute with ideas and initiative.
