We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager who specializes in Amazon and other marketplace management. The ideal candidate must be strong in end-to-end brand growth, revenue ownership, pricing strategy, P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage end-to-end account activities for multiple brands and categories.
  • Create and execute growth strategies.
  • Handle listings, visibility, SEO, catalog health, pricing, promotions, and brand store hygiene.
  • Manage event sales (Amazon Prime day, Black Friday, Thanksgiving etc.) to maximize revenue.

2. Pricing, Margins & Calculator Expertise

  • Must know how to prepare advanced pricing calculators.
  • Evaluate margins, commissions, return charges, logistics, and marketplace deductions.
  • Suggest profitable pricing and discount strategies without hurting brand P&L.

3. Growth & Performance Strategy

  • Plan and execute growth KPIs: sales targets, sell-through, ROAS (in coordination with Ads Specialist).
  • Coordinate closely with in-house Ad Specialists to run profitable campaigns.
  • Identify marketplace opportunities and gaps to drive scale.

4. Data & Analytical Reporting

  • Analyze daily sales, inventory, returns, and chargebacks.
  • Monitor competition and category trends.
  • Share insights with leadership for strategic decisions.

Required Skills, Competencies & Compansation

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Sellercentral or other marketplaces
  • Expertise in pricing calculators, commissions, marketplace deductions.
  • Strong communication and problem solving.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle multi-brand portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
