E-commerce Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Etsy Account Manager to manage our Etsy store operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

We are looking for a Etsy Account Manager to join our onsite team in Rawalpindi. This full-time role will primarily focus on managing our Etsy store, handling day-to-day operations such as product management, customer service, order processing, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Hunting and Listing: Conduct product research to find trending items, source quality products, and upload optimized product listings on Etsy. Create compelling descriptions and use high-quality images to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Product Design Coordination: Work closely with our in-house design team to ensure product images, graphics, and descriptions align with the brand’s aesthetic and appeal to our target audience.
• Listing Optimization and Maintenance: Regularly update listings to ensure accurate product information, adjust pricing, monitor stock levels, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and sales.
• Performance Tracking and ROI: Track shop performance, monitor sales, analyze product trends, and optimize strategies to improve return on investment (ROI).
• Shop Management: Regularly update the Etsy shop announcements, seasonal promotions, and product categories to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment and follow standardized procedures.
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy and using online platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.

Shift Timing:

• Monday to Saturday, 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM
