E-commerce Assistant – Amazon & Noon Operations Major Work Responsibilities

• Daily Market Purchasing
• Go to the local market to purchase required products for order fulfillment.
• Ensure correct quantity, quality, and timely supply of goods.
• Supplier & Product Research
• Identify and negotiate with new suppliers for better pricing and quality.
• Search and source new trending products suitable for Amazon & Noon.
• Compare market prices and suggest competitive pricing strategies.

Other Responsibilities

• Product & Catalog Management
• Add new products to Amazon & Noon with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Regularly check listing quality, stock availability, and compliance.
• Order Processing & Packing
• Coordinate with the packing team to ensure fast and safe dispatch.
• Update order status and monitor delivery timelines.
• Customer Service
• Handle queries, returns, and complaints efficiently.
• Work to maintain strong customer satisfaction and reviews.
• Marketing & Sales Support
• Assist in running promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Track sales performance, improve product visibility, and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
