E-commerce Assistant (Entry-Level)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated E-commerce Assistants (Freshers Welcome!) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are just starting out but have a basic understanding of online marketplaces, product listings, and content design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Vinted, Gumtree, Shopify & Woocommerce etc.)
• Write basic product descriptions using relevant keywords
• Help design simple banners or product graphics (using Canva or similar tools)
• Maintain and update product data and inventory details
• Support the team in executing promotional campaigns
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and pricing
• Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and user experience

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with product uploading and content formatting
• A little experience in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good written English and communication skills
• Must be self-driven and reliable

Education:

• Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (can be ongoing)
• No prior experience required — training will be provided!
