E-Commerce Executive / Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Executive who will manage our online product listings, handle data entry, and support the daily operations of our e-commerce website for diamond and jewellery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on the e-commerce website (Shopify / WooCommerce / Amazon / Etsy / etc.)
• Write accurate product descriptions including stone details (carat, color, clarity, cut, certification)
• Edit and upload high-quality product images and videos
• Maintain and organize product data in Excel/Google Sheets
• Handle simple website updates (banners, categories, collections)
• Manage customer queries related to products (if needed)
• Backup and maintain data securely

Required Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce product listing & data entry (Jewellery/diamonds preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Canva for image editing
• Good English communication (written)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in diamond or jewellery industry
• Knowledge of gemstone certifications: IGI, GIA, HRD
• B.Com / BBA / IT / Digital Marketing background

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years (Freshers can apply if skilled)
