E-Commerce Associate

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings & updates across eCommerce platforms
• Coordinate order processing, returns, and customer queries
• Assist in running promotional campaigns and discounts
• Monitor stock levels & ensure timely updates
• Support reporting & analysis of sales performance

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in eCommerce / online business
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online marketplaces
• Passion for digital retail and learning new tools
