Amazon Private Label Specialist (Night Shift)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Private Label (PL) Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product research, brand building, and launching private label products on Amazon. You will be responsible for managing the complete PL lifecycle—from product hunting to launch and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable private label opportunities.
• Analyze competition, market trends, and sales data using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
• Source products from reliable manufacturers (Alibaba, Global Sources, etc.) and negotiate pricing, MOQ, and terms.
• Develop and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and A+ content).
• Coordinate with designers for packaging, branding, and enhanced content creation.
• Manage product launches, PPC campaigns, and review strategies to drive sales.
• Monitor account health, sales performance, and ROI to ensure profitability.
• Stay updated with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Amazon Private Label (required).
• Strong knowledge of PL product research, sourcing, branding, and launches.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Experience Required: 1–2 years
