As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to support our growing ecommerce team. Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Assistant will support the ecommerce team with day-to-day operations, including product listings, order workflow, quality control (QC), content creation, customer service, and email marketing. The ideal candidate has prior ecommerce experience, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating and updating product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Manage web order workflow, including processing, tracking, and troubleshooting order issues.
• Conduct quality control checks on product listings and customer orders to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in content creation for product pages, blog posts, and promotional materials.
• Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries related to online orders, product availability, and site navigation.
• Help coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copywriting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce and marketing teams to improve the website’s user experience and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in an ecommerce role, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Wordpress is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO, and digital marketing best practices is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Passion for the film and entertainment industry is a bonus!

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
