E-commerce Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, online promotions, customer service, order processing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
• Upload product descriptions, images, pricing, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns to increase online sales.
• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Improve product visibility through SEO-optimized listings.
• Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
• Ensure smooth return/refund processes.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
