Associate, Category Management – E‐commerce (Amazon + Quick‐Commerce)

Job Summary

As an Associate, Category Management, you’ll support the brand’s online growth across marketplaces and Quick‐Commerce platforms (e.g.,Amazon Seller & Vendor Central,Flipkart,Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). You will help with operations,Listing and Cataloging , inventory coordination, and data analysis—ensuring consistent brand performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Listing & Merchandising - Creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on E-Com & Q-Com platforms

2. Coordinate order and inventory management across dark‐store operations, ensuring fill rates, OTIF (On‐Time In‐Full), and catalog health

3. Coordinate campaign assets with marketing and design teams. With basic Marketing understanding on platforms.

4. Account Maintenance & Compliance - Monitor case tickets, ensure compliance with platform policies & Payment Tracking help.

5. Monitor customer reviews and ratings.

Skills:

Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central (listing, SEO, PPC, account health)

Familiarity with Quick‐Commerce platform operations, including dark‐store coordination and SKU-level tracking

Solid data analysis skills using Excel and reporting tools

Strong communication and cross‐functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with ACOS/ROAS metrics and promotional performance measurement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 3+yrs in E‐commerce roles across Amazon/Quick‐Commerce platforms

Bonus: Experience with basic P&L Management.
