Assistant Manager / Manager - E-Commerce

Own P&L and growth for assigned brands/categories across marketplaces and D2C. Translate business goals into assortment, pricing, promo, and content strategies; align ECOM, Marketing, and Operations for OTIF execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver category P&L: assortment, pricing, promo calendar, and inventory plans tied to demand and margin goals.
  • Lead marketplace partnerships (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), negotiate visibility and programs, and govern SLAs.
  • Institutionalize analytics: pricing intelligence, elasticity, attach/cross-sell, and cohort performance.
  • Oversee content and storefront excellence: SEO, A+, stores, and conversion optimization.
  • Run S&OP with Ops for supply, availability, and dispatch; ensure readiness for events/seasonality.
  • Create and enforce SOPs, trackers, and decision cadences; manage agencies/vendors when leveraged.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in e-commerce category management with multi-portal ownership.
  • Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margin math, and promo ROI.
  • Fluency with marketplace consoles and BI dashboards; advanced Excel/Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
