E-commerce Associate, at EuroOptic

EuroOptic, America’s largest sport optics online retailer, needs an organized individual with exceptional attention to detail to perform routine tasks to support the operations of our Amazon business.

This is a full-time, in-person, entry-level office job (you will be at a computer all day) at our headquarters in Muncy, PA. This is not a remote or hybrid position, and we are not relocating candidates for this role. Candidate's preferred start date is mid-April 2026.

Previous E-Commerce experience is not required, though it's a plus. Veterans, bookkeepers, billing and insurance professionals, IT professionals, paralegals, copy writers and graphic designers are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties

· Self-educate on all aspects of Amazon Seller Policy and maintain knowledge of current policy and changes

· Respond to and prevent policy violations

· Create FBA shipments using standard Send To Amazon workflow

· Build Amazon pages individually, in bulk via populating and uploading templates, and with software

· Troubleshoot various Amazon issues via support cases and Issue Assistance

· Resolve suppressed Amazon page issues

· Produce Excel reports

· Other related tasks as assigned

You are not required to have previous knowledge of any of these processes. You will be given very thorough training.

Required Qualifications

· At least one year experience in e-commerce, computer science, bookkeeping, or other professional experience working with large data sets in Excel. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

· Exceptional writing ability, candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and Amazon personnel

· Exceptional eye for written detail, and the ability to spot and correct errors

· Photoshop or other image editing software basic proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

· Amazon Seller Central, eBay and/or Walmart.com selling experience

· Experience with generative AI/LLMs to solve practical problems and improve processes

· Experience creating Amazon pages in bulk via templates, or via software like Feedonomics or Salsify that can create detail pages via feeds

· NetSuite experience

· Photoshop graphic design, ability to create infographics for web use to describe and sell products

· Familiarity with firearms, sport optics, archery, hunting, camping, fishing, and outdoor apparel merchandising

· Studio product photography

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
