Moneta is looking for an “E-commerce Business Activation Manager” for our global business partner.
Be the Expert and main Point of Contact on all eRetailer related subjects, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams;

Be an expert of online practices on his/her categories and the “Ambassador” of E Commerce business model amongst local teams (both Marketing & Sales)

Work closely with the E-Category Manager at Continent level, in deploying and executing local E-Cat Man & E-Commerce Activations

Facilitate customer relationships on all digital/E-Commerce topics, working closely with E-KAMs (Pure Players and Click&Mortar) and Digital Managers to define customer action plans

Develop employees awareness with regular meetings and trainings on retail media.
Drive and pilot specific e-commerce shopper activation plan to exploit market and customer opportunities with specific pure-players and click & mortar customer, using the following levers:

Define specific E-commerce assortment based on in-depth analysis of both shopper’s, market’s, and retailer’s needs & specifities, in strong collaboration with local Marketing teams and BUs

Monitor closely our positions in terms of assortment in our main retailers’ websites

Pilot and Monitor perfect execution in our Level of Services (in-stock performances, supply chain efficiency…)

Collaborate on categories online sales’ level and associated margins, with KAM
-
Define and implement specific promotional and communication activations in our e-commerce partners websites (through retail media operations)

Be a “guardian” of Content execution in the e-retail landscape

Deploy and manage Content push solutions to our main online retailers

Be the main point of contact as regards to Online Product content to both BUs and Continent teams

Initiate and manage local E-Cat Man initiatives, in line with EMEA guidelines, and focused on key online players and key categories

Accelerate the deployement of our E-merchandising recommendations and E-Cat Man tools (product finders), based on our key Category Strategic objectives (CAP)

Assist local Category Managers in in-store digitalization initiatives to enrich shopping experience at POS level (implementation of tablets, new digitalized POS materials, virtual or augmented reality, etc..)
Analyse and Provide Insights on Key Online/E-Commerce Data & Metrics:

Work closely with local Data Analyst (if present) to understand performance on our main online KPIs, and derive action plans

Gain a full understanding on our E-retailer’s business models, main specificities/ways of working and Promo/Communication means

Define, with eKam/CatMan, the eRetail media strategy supporting the development of our on-line market share.
Qualifications:

Marketing Master or related degree,
-
10 years experience as category manager/product manager/ecommerce manager in a online environment

Expert of online practices,
-
Track record of success in building e-commerce activation plan, showing commercial wins,
-
Global vision but adopting a customer-oriented attitude,
-
Data crunching & Analytical skills (strong command of MS Office Suite, especially XLS)
