E-commerce Cashier

LOCATION: Dubai International City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily cash and bank transactions related to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.)

2. Record and verify incoming and outgoing payments accurately

3. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management

4. Reconcile sales and expenses from e-commerce platforms with company accounts

5. Coordinate with the operations team on order payments, refunds, and settlement issues

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

7. Safeguard financial data confidentiality and assist in audits when required

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

2. Previous experience in cashier, accounting, or finance role (e-commerce experience is a plus)

3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment systems is an advantage

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software

6. Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Arabic is a plus)

7. Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
