Position: E-commerce Client Support

Job Summary:

The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Track and document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience.

Stay updated on company products, services, and updates to provide accurate support.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in client support or related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.

Salary: AED 4,000–5,500 (depending on experience and performance)
